ABOUT US+
K Nation Group is a national community impact organization whose mission is fully aligned with the Community Reinvestment Act. We work to expand digital equity, workforce readiness, women’s leadership, financial education, and economic mobility for youth and underserved families. Headquartered in Texas, Illinois and Washington State our primary work is rooted in cities such as Dallas and Chicago, with expanding initiatives across the country.
K Nation Group operates as a hybrid ecosystem that includes The Genius Center, Fundable, All Things HER, and the Get Funded training series. Together, these programs deliver hands-on training, technology access, leadership development, and funding education that strengthen low and moderate income communities and create measurable community impact.
Our work directly supports CRA objectives through:
Digital equity and technology access
Providing AI powered makerspaces, STEM programming, workforce technology labs, and career exploration experiences for youth and adults in underserved communities.
Workforce development and job readiness
Delivering hands-on training in high demand fields including entrepreneurship, creative technology, workforce trades, affordable housing.
Financial education, small business training, and nonprofit capacity building
Through Fundable and our Get Funded initiative, we train community based organizations, small businesses, and faith based leaders on how to secure CRA aligned bank partnerships, diversify funding streams, write grants, and build sustainable operations that uplift entire communities.
Women’s leadership and economic mobility
Through All Things HER, we create spaces where women can elevate their leadership, gain financial education, and build businesses that contribute to household stability and local economic growth.
Since our inception, we have secured over three million dollars in funding to expand digital access, build workforce pathways, strengthen community based organizations, and elevate women and families in Dallas, Chicago, and beyond.
Across every program, our mission is clear and CRA aligned.
We unlock potential, open doors of opportunity, and increase economic mobility in the communities that need it most.
